Mediation in the process of establishing a co-operation between actors:

1. professional council in all issues connected to the process of seeking for a partner,
2. search for and indication of possible partners,
3. participation in the negotiations with the possible partner as a professional advisor 4. accomplishment of the negotiations by signing a contract found by the Chamber ,
5. participating in the negotiations with the trade and other unions
